Orbit is a CRM that respects how sales people actually work, which is quickly and on a phone half the time. Pipeline with drag between stages, contact and company records that merge cleanly, activity capture that takes two taps, sequences with enrolment and exit rules, forecasting with commit and best case separated, and territory management. The record page is the hard part of a CRM and it gets the most attention here: everything about a deal on one screen without scrolling into a wall of fields. Bulk actions are guarded, imports show you what will change before it changes, and every list can be saved as a view.
